How to Prepare for Your Delivery
What to Expect With Room-Ready Delivery
- The day before your delivery, you’ll receive a text message with your delivery details.
- Someone 18 years of age or older must be present for the entire delivery window.
- For everyone’s safety, please ensure there is a clear path from your front door to the room where the furniture will be placed.
- Please remove all existing furniture from the room where you would like your new furniture placed.
- The Jerome’s Room-Ready Delivery team will assemble your furniture and place it where you want it.
- When the Jerome’s Room-Ready Delivery team leaves, they will remove all packaging and trash, excluding packaging from customer-assembly furniture.
Before the Driver Arrives
- Pets are secured.
- Doorways and entry points are accessible.
- The delivery area is cleared and ready.
- Children are safely away from the delivery area.
- Fragile and valuable items are secured.
