As an additional layer of assurance, Jerry’s Price is backed by our Double the Difference Price Guarantee. That means that if within 30 days of purchase, you find the identical item to the one you purchased, in-stock, in new condition, and at a verifiable lower price from a different Southern California retailer, Jerome's will credit your purchase with double the price difference.
For example, let’s say you purchase a sofa from Jerome’s but happen to see the same sofa advertised a week later at a lower price at a different retailer. Not to worry—Jerome’s will credit your purchase with double the price difference.
To receive the Double the Difference Price Guarantee, you must present proof of the competitor’s price to the Jerome’s showroom of your purchase in the form of a copy of their ad, their website, or a photo of the competitor’s in-store tag. The price must have been publicized within 30 days of your purchase at Jerome’s Furniture. The competitor must be located within Southern California and the like item must be in-stock and in new condition. It can’t be a floor model, one-of-a-kind, special order or a clearance item. Excludes online-only retailers that do not have furniture showrooms in Southern California.
