A neutral base
A big trend we are seeing this season is a neutral furniture pallet with some great pops of color in art and accessories! By keeping your staple pieces neutral you can have fun with colors that are on trend. We are loving the Pantone colors of the year, Rose Quartz, Peach Echo, and Limpet Shell.
Rose Quartz, a soft pink, perfect for a little girl's room, but the soft color can also add softness to grown up, sophisticated setting too. Bring this color into your home with accent pillows, artwork and accent furniture. Layer it with darker colors to add interest. If you're unsure about pastels, start with something small like throw pillows which can easily be changed out if the color doesn't grow on you.
Transport yourself to a serene, sunny place with this tranquil hue. Pair it with soft neutrals like beige and grey. Start with a piece of artwork and incorporate more in layers giving your space a calming ambiance.
Peach Echo is an uplifting color, the perfect blend of pink and orange that can be used to liven up any space. If this eye-popping color is too intense for you, try pairing it with neutrals such as off-white or brown.
Another big trend in home decor this Spring is Industrial Farmhouse. This look can be easily achieved by juxtaposing soft, feminine florals with more rustic elements like distressed woods and metal.
