How to Prepare for Your Delivery

What To Expect With White Glove Delivery
  • On your scheduled delivery date, you'll receive a text notification letting you know when your White Glove Delivery team will arrive.
  • Someone 18 years old or older must be present during the entire delivery window.
  • For everyone's safety, please ensure there is a clear path from the front door to the room where the furniture will be placed.
  • Please make sure all old furniture is removed from the room where you want your new furniture placed.
  • The White Glove Delivery team will assemble and place your furniture where you want it.
  • When the White Glove Delivery team leaves, they will take away all packaging and trash.
What To Expect With Threshold Delivery
  • On your scheduled delivery date, you'll receive a text notification letting you know when the Threshold Delivery team will arrive.
  • Someone 18 years old or older must be present during the entire delivery window.
  • The Threshold Delivery team will bring your furniture in its original packaging into the doorway of your garage or home.
  • Threshold Delivery does not include assembly, nor removal of trash. If you would like to upgrade to White Glove Delivery, please click the button below.
  • Upgrading your Threshold Delivery is available up to 36 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date.
